Lost and Found Service

In case of losing a personal item, you can contact the Lost and Found department of the Customer Service Center through one of the following methods. The service will search for the item and, if found, will inform you about its collection:

You may call Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 22:00 to report the loss to the representative of the Lost and Found Service Call Center.
